Terms of sale and refunds
These apply to HybridDash Pro, sold on this site. HybridDash and AutoLock on Google Play follow Google Play's rules instead.

1. Who sells
HybridDash Pro is developed by Nino Grasso (ninVibes). Payment, taxes and the invoice or receipt are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. For any question write to [email protected].
2. What you buy
A personal licence for HybridDash Pro, paid once for €9.99 (VAT included where due), with no subscription. The licence does not expire, covers up to two cars and includes version 1.x updates.
3. Delivery
This is a digital product. After payment you receive by e-mail the link to download the .apk file and your licence key. Each car needs an internet connection to be activated; once activated, the app also works offline.
4. Before you buy: compatibility
HybridDash Pro is developed and tested on a Toyota C-HR Hybrid (2021). It works with a vLinker FD+ or FS (STN chip) Bluetooth OBD-II adapter and an Android 8 or later phone. On other cars it may only work in part: for example, on the Yaris Cross the automatic door locks do not work. Check the Compatibility section on the product page.
5. Refund within 14 days
If HybridDash Pro does not work with your car, or does not do what the page promises, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to [email protected] with the e-mail used for the purchase and, if you can, your car model: we first try to solve the problem with you; if that is not possible, the refund is paid through Lemon Squeezy to the same payment method. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Licence and limits
The licence is personal and cannot be resold or shared. To move it to another car, first release the current car from the app settings. If you have reached the two-car limit (for example after a reinstall), write to us and we will free a slot.
7. Safe use
HybridDash Pro shows data and, if you turn it on, sends door lock and unlock commands through the OBD-II port. You use it at your own responsibility; do not use or configure the app while driving. The app is provided «as is», without warranties beyond those required by law.
8. Independence
HybridDash Pro is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by Toyota Motor Corporation. Toyota and Lexus are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to indicate compatibility.
